MY ROLE:
I led the UX design and copywriting for a Salesforce integration project, focusing on creating user-friendly interfaces and persuasive messaging to enhance the overall experience for both customers and fundraisers.
RESULTS:
•Reduced Customer Service Cases: Redesigned the customer support flow to proactively address common questions and issues, resulting in a remarkable 55% reduction in customer service cases within three months.
•Boosted Fundraising: Developed a new Fundraiser Portal that streamlined the approval process and increased engagement, leading to over $1,000,000 raised in the first six months, a substantial 204% increase.
